It would be great to have the ability to charge businesses/merchants that a subscription or fee after they sign up on the website. And they can pay via paypal or stripe.

This one's easy.  Preferred method, would be to write a zap for it.  They have a zap to "add to a subscription service"in 0 for stripe
So you would use a google form/type form, and tie both integrations (ordering.co-sign up new user/stripe- add to subscription service) at the same time.
