maybe disabling the user in admin panel. the user have to signup using another email. im not sure about local laws.

Vinu Murugan: Yeah, let's say if I register using another email, but delivery is still the same address, then what is the use for disable the user? I can block the card via stripe, but I think directly block the address will be the most effective way. Means that this address no longer able to register or order.

I think the solution to this is to add a verification step for new customers - before they can be passed to the store or driver. Any new customer phone number should prompt CS to call the number to verify that it is a real customer. This should be a simple customisation for Ordering.co to make

Yep i received fake order. But the thing is the number is always not good : so you can see directly and the mail are fake as fuck too
