Edit orders

Hello there is some way to edit an order, for example we offer extra services and we charge a percentage on the invoice, the idea is that once the delivery person uploads the photo of the invoice to the App the administrator manually adds the amount of that invoice and the description of the product so that the programmed percentage is applied and the client is informed of the amount to pay

Sergio Ordering is the ability for Admin/Merchants to edit orders for customers before accepting the order possible before order acceptance?
Customers should also be able to edit their orders before it is accepted.

Sergio Allowing Merchants to Edit orders before an order is accepted is absolutely essential to my current workflow. This can not change and is a standard requirement.
Edit Orders - Ability for Merchant to edit order before order is accepted is extremely critical to my daily workflow. For example, customer orders banana and apple from grocery. Grocery does not have apple. Usually, grocery will click Edit Order, then remove the apple from the customer’s cart, then click Invoice order then the order is redone with the new amount. User’s card is then only charged for the final edited order amount. This is absolutely essential. Without this functionality, I will not be able to host any groceries and I already have multiple.
We ask Merchants to never accept orders unless all items are in stock. For 99% of grocery orders, they will need to edit out at least 1-10 items from the order.

Checkout Upsells - Increase Average Order Value

I am aware that the ordering app allows Up-sells before the customer has complete their order. However what has worked tremendously well for previous businesses of mine is to allow up-sells once the customer has submitted their order. This should be done in a timely manor. For example: A customer has just completed an order for a foot-long sandwich, but didn't make it a meal. Once they have checked out the Ordering app should 'Quarantine' the order for a set time (lets say 5 minutes) and it should present up-sell products to the customer. The up-sell products would have to be configured by the business owner and the customer should be displayed a 5 minute countdown timer. This will increase every bodies Average Order Value and is a 100% proven model that works

Edit orders (items) by Business

I have the following scenario: Once the business receives the order and goes to dispatch it realizes the product requested by the customer is out of stock so the business wants to replace it with a similar one in the order. How can the business edit the customer order in this situation

Adjustments Made to Orders

Frequently adjustments are made to orders (Refunds, redeliveries, upcharges etc).
In v3 we leave comments in the dashboard input box and export them when doing restaurant payouts https://jmp.sh/kgDsWbK.
In v4 this input box is not available to record this. It also would be a major improvement when upcharges or refunds are made to be reflected in the exports/admin so restaurants can match what we payout to revenue reflected in Admin. Some restaurant don’t review the comments or do the adjustment calculations well.

Hello, it would be good if the client had a specific time to cancel the order or edit it once it was done
