Ordering and Delivery Platforms

Auto refund for rejected orders if online payment. Also customer to receive notification of refund.

Need to make the app have ringtone and vibration once receive order notification. If deliveryman on riding motorcycle it will easy can notify the person.

For example: The current time is 9:40am, the delivery time is set to 40 minutes as per below. Yet I can place a scheduled order for 9:45am, 10am etc. If I place a scheduled order for 10am there is no way the restaurant can cook the food and the driver delivery it by 10am. The earliest time on the list below I show see is 10:30am

Most of the businesses using android devices for printing. is it possible to set the default printer and number of copies and auto print on/off under settings in business app? so once business accepts the order, the print starts with printing conditions set in settings. Now there is too many steps to print the order and painful if business needs more than one copy.

You have to improve delivery zone because now it's very difficult limit by circle or polygon

It would be great to be able to have different pre-order settings for each store. I have a store that has a different menu each day so customers can't pre-order the day before but I also have other stores that accept pre-orders but so customers can get something delivered for when they wake up the next morning.

Like other bigger companies it would be nice if the feature with a curtain-down function would work for the extras. Also when a product have "0" it should be shown as a 0.

Would be nice to have a feature like "Featured Product" flag for each category. Like under Lunch category, "Today's Lunch Special" Under breakfast category, "Today's Breakfast Special" Under Dinner, "Today's Dinner Special".

Be able to set a timeout for in-progress orders to auto complete. Business don't mark orders as complete which causes the "in-progress" to become unmanageable without manually changing each order to complete.
